About

The Mission

Open Hand Images exists to glorify God by portraying the beauty of His world with excellence.

The Pilot

As a lifelong enthusiast of RC cars and helicopters, I developed a passion for capturing moments on video when my kids came along. When drones emerged, it felt like the perfect blend of both interests. After spending over a decade honing my skills and sharing my work for free, I decided to take it to the next level by earning my Part 107 certification. Now, I focus on using my expertise to help clients solve their challenges through stunning aerial imagery.

The Name

One way to launch a drone is from an open hand. The name also represents the posture of someone who trusts God to bring into their life what He desires, or to take away what is no longer needed.
